Reece has had a successful career in the military as a Sniper Team Leader. He has been able to lead men and decisively coordinate teams both large and small under a multitude of high stress environments.

An Afghanistan veteran, he has also conducted international engagements where he has instructed military partners throughout the whole South East Asian region.
